The Oversight committee will inspect the finances, assets, and ledgers; will scrutinize the integrity and proper administration in the various institutions and branches of the Party; and will monitor the application of the findings of the State Comptroller's Report.

The Oversight committee and the Chairperson of the Oversight committee will be elected by the Party Assembly. The Oversight committee will remain in office until the election of a new Oversight committee.

Once a year, at the first session of the Party Assembly to convene after Passover, the Oversight committee will submit a report summing up the findings of the audit.

All the Party institutions and its authorities will assist the Oversight committee in the fulfillment of its task.
