The Election Committee will supervise the internal Party elections, including the elections for the following positions: Chairperson of the Party; Party candidates for the Knesset; the Secretary General; Presidency of the Assembly; Chairperson of the Assembly Presidency; the Party Executive; Chairperson of the Histadrut faction; Chairperson of the Na'amat faction; representatives in the parliament and the directorate of the Histradut; the Party representation in the Na'amat Secretariat and Center ;representatives in local government; Party appointments to Boards of Directors; executive in the WZO; Vaad Hapoel; Presidium members of the WZO; the secretary general of the World Union and Party representatives to any other institutions.

The Election Committee and the Chairperson of the Election Committee will be elected by the Party Assembly.

The term of office of the Committee will be until the election of a new Election Committee.
